- Kings Langley job runner: I am currently running and coordinating one of the new HLR Priority Schools, a new build secondary school. I have been highly involved from bid stage, planning and now contractor’s proposals and construction. I am also involved in batch wide coordination of common elements;- Preparation of feasibilities for a wide range of typologies, including schools, commercial and shopping centres and small to large scale residential;- Preparing full sets of planning drawings and applications including 3D visualisations, which are often also used for marketing purposes;- Design development from sketch outlines to planning for high-end single dwellings; - Preparation of construction drawings and details for building reg. packages and beyond.- Extensive training and use of Revit throughout.

- I worked on a wide range and scale of projects from domestic extensions and new builds to large scale residential developments; from schools and sports halls to chapels and commercial spaces.- Working either independently or closely with Partners, I produced 3D models of scheme options for testing and comparison of various designs. This led to fully considered and resolved schemes, which developed into fully rendered visualisations for Client or planning applications.- In conjunction with 3D development I prepared full plans, sections and elevations for planning and construction.- Preparation of pre-app documents, design and access statements. This included all final 2D and 3D visuals (modelling and rendering).- Preparing construction drawings and details for building reg. packages.

Sevenoaks

- Working mostly in the design phase of projects, testing designs with 3D models, and produced all drawings and 2D/3D graphics for Clients and planning applications.- Acting as the main point of contact for on-site contractors, providing drawings and information.- Liaised with planning departments to gain approvals and clear planning conditions.- Involved in producing promotional material for the Company.- Provided ad hoc support when required including office administration.
