Most companies use software to help automate and improve the efficiency of their company. However most choose an off the shelf package and try to alter their working patterns and workflows to suite the software. You spend a lot of time recording information electronically, but never have time to collate and organise it. Our system has been designed from the ground up to make this effortless and seamless.We believe that software should be there to enhance and assist with what you do best. To work alongside your business, not force you to reshape and change to your processes to fit the software.Our software has been tried and testing across several companies and has helped each of them to grow by helping them automate tasks, collate information and make more informed decisions based on readily available facts and information.

As part of a more advanced role I was given the opportunity to continue the improvements I had made within the IT infrastructure and try to improve other areas of the business. During my time in this role the company saw some of its greatest growth with very little investment. I project managed the relocation of the production department, something that had been considered by the company since 2007, the build of a new state of the art test bay, new service office and a new car park all within a 12 month period. This helped the communication between departments and helped the company output more goods and offer a better service.

Main role was to control the day to day management of telecoms, servers, desktops and laptops for all areas of the business. Have helped to developed and integrated some internal applications to reduce paper work and stop duplicate work been done. Improved sales reporting to better analyse the sales department

Looked after about 700 remote home workers. Resolved issues with broadband connectivity, citrix, terminal services and general windows/office problems

1st port of call for a wide variety of companies. Fixed issues with e-pos, desktops, laptops, windows, office, exchange and other bespoke applications.
