• Leading a small reporting team to deliver timely and accurate management information, statutory reporting and tax compliance for the core business and associated joint ventures, whilst maintaining a strong control environment in accordance with group policy• Project and business advisory role in the provision of support and training in the group’s business management systems (Jobpac and TM1), both internally within the shared service finance team and regional commercial business units, and externally to Joint Venture partners.• Key Financial & Systems integration lead for the Baulderstone and Engineering businesses in the Lend Lease restructure and E-finance (Oracle) migration & implementation.

• Delivering the group’s core management performance reporting, facilitating certainty and integrity in company management reporting, including business planning, profit forecasting, business analysis and exception and ad-hoc reporting, as well as responsibility for development and maintenance of the supporting systems.• As Jobpac Financial expert, providing support and training to the regional business units and the financial accounting team.• The role was expanded as a result of cost saving restructure to also encompass the Tax and Financial Compliance functions for the group, incorporating overview of GST, FBT, and Income tax returns for the company’s core entities and associated Joint Ventures.

• Managed small team in the preparation and interpretation of the group’s financial & management reporting to Australian executive and German parent company.• Oversee and plan preparation of income and fringe benefits tax returns for subsidiary and joint venture entities. • Coordinate the continuous development of company accounting systems, including the provision of training & support in the Jobpac (ERP) system.
