Today I am leading a dynamic early-stage SaaS sales organization. In prior roles, I have led large teams in delivering hundred-million-dollar-plus solutions to the largest and most dynamic companies in the world. As a leader, I enjoy making things happen that people say can’t be done. I can measure up complicated issues quickly and assess the people and talent in the situation. I care about the people I work with and enjoy watching them develop and excel. My driving motivation is in leading and building consensus, while approaching the challenge of meeting short term goals while remaining focused on the long-term with vigor.
