As the youngest of six children and the son of a small business owner, I discovered early the importance of integrity, accountability, compromise and problem-solving, along with the value of lifelong learning. These insights have been foundational throughout my life and are largely responsible for my success, both personally and professionally. Today I am leading a dynamic early-stage SaaS sales organization. In prior roles, I have led large teams in delivering hundred-million-dollar-plus solutions to the largest and most dynamic companies in the world. As a leader, I enjoy making things happen that people say can’t be done. I can measure up complicated issues quickly and assess the people and talent in the situation. I care about the people I work with and enjoy watching them develop and excel. My driving motivation is in leading and building consensus, while approaching the challenge of meeting short term goals while remaining focused on the long-term with vigor. Throughout my career I have honed and applied these abilities to enable private companies, startups, and large multi-nationals to achieve their desired business outcomes.Every day is an opportunity for me to make a difference for both my team and our customers as the enterprise technology environment evolves in new and dynamic ways.
