Directing a Community Mental Health Center's 24/7 mobile teams, and 7 days a week office based crisis management/counseling services. Our program consists of over 30 staff ranging in skills from master's level clinicians, peer support specialist, case management, and administrative support. We serve southern New Hampshire within 1 hour of Derry NH. In FY25 I am managing implementation development of the agency's Crisis Center, and Crisis Beds which is due to open late in FY25.

Create tools for Senior Management, Program Directors, and Clinicians to enable effective communication of Agency, Program, and Staff performance. Additional tools were developed to improve staff completion of tasks and supervisors tracking of staff's completion of tasks. This role focused on improving client care while helping the agency maximize revenue and staff performance.
