From IT and professional staffing to RPO and direct hire, PTR Global will house all our talent acquisition services.Responsibilities:• Well experienced with different recruiting Portal (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CB) and Application Tracking systems (Bullhorn).• Used Boolean Search to fetch the Exact Match for the Given Requirement.• Extensively experienced in working with C2C, W2 Contracts.• Use to Prescreen the Resume from the Team Members and Share it to the Account Manager for the End Client Submission.• Managing resume submission by keeping track of resumes submittals to the Client and status on each submittal till the end of the cycle.• Excellent command on negotiation, screening the consultants and maintain the relationship with the consultants and vendors / clients.• Complete knowledge of Full Lifecycle recruiting including screening, interviewing and On Boarding.• Handled End to End Recruitment from Procuring the Reqs from the Clients, Interview Co-ordination, Offer to Closure.
