I answer calls through the 8x8 software on a regular basis. I also answer emails via outlook regarding aid topics. I also help people in-person. All of these pertain to helping students and parents with their financial aid. Occasionally there is a need to help with other tasks around the office.

I make sure the computer labs are in tip-top shape. I check and update the inventory as well. I also do my best to troubleshoot issues that may arise in the labs.

I help students if they have any questions with Spanish. At the end of each session, I fill out a form stating what we did for the day. I also maintain the lab with my other colleagues.

I answer calls at the Help Desk. I help with that and anything else to the best of my ability
