Over eleven years of policing experience including response, neighbourhood policing and criminal investigations. More recent experience in project management and key stakeholder engagement, working to provide operational guidance and support for delivery of a new police station for the neighbourhood policing team. Responsibilities have included critical incident response and management, oversight of investigations, health safety and security management, threat and risk assessment, performance and attendance management and customer service. Recognised as a high achiever, I was recently enrolled in a high potential development programme designed to identify and develop potential future leaders in the organisation. This provided me with additional training in leadership, motivation and performance development as well as project management. I have worked to grow relationships with key local community partners such as the district and town councils, as well as the community safety partnership. I also provide operational police performance scrutiny with the Independent Advisory Group, working to track, assess and improve local policing practices. Prior to policing I worked in retail management, responsible for store sales and performance of a team of associates, personnel management, key holding and general manager duties.
