1. Administers trust and custody relationships for insurance companies.2. • Responsible for the daily service management of 25 client appointed investment manager relationships.• Ensure the servicing team delivers on daily tasks and manages operational risk.     • Provide leadership and guidance to the servicing team, encourage employee participation, teamwork, and active communication.• Key point of contact for any escalated issues. • Research and analyze complex investment manager/client inquiries. Facilitate solutions and identify operational efficiencies. • Ensure staff is trained and updated on new or existing products and services.• Work closely with internal partner areas to ensure smooth service delivery and actively participate in projects that improve investment managers' satisfaction or efficiency.• Provide input into performance management, career development processes, and staffing.

• As custodian, serve as primary contact for 20 third party investment managers for over 500 corporate and institutional accounts.• Ensure high trade volume, corporate action events, and cash movements are processed in an accurate and timely manner to avoid potential losses.• Observe and manage the team’s daily workflow to ensure all inquiries and daily reports are completed each day.• Mitigate risk by conducting overdraft and failing trade reports on a daily basis.• Research and collaborate with internal departments to reconcile income and par breaks between the investment managers.• Identify service efficiency enhancements and process improvements to provide better service to the investment manager.

• Answer 30-50 online inquiries for banking, brokerage, and wealth management clients.• Enhance client satisfaction by cross-selling online features and banking products.• Service clients by initiating transactions, providing account information, and fulfilling maintenance requests.• Analyze online reports and applications to identify any account discrepancies and escalate inquiries to the appropriate department for resolution.• Prioritize outstanding issues effectively by multitasking in a fast paced environment.• Provide computer troubleshooting, navigational, and sign on assistance for company’s online product.• Identify and recommend product and internal processing enhancements to management that are beneficial to the client.
