As part of the bid team my role included:o Overseeing the bid process and provide detailed responses from the initial PPQ through to tender for a number of Blue Chip companies and government agencies.o Careful objective management across all areas of the company to develop multi-service bids, while dealing with multiple concurrent tasks to very tight deadlines.o Managing the bid library to ensure that all information is consistent, timely and of the highest quality.

Within this position I assisted in maintaining current contracted routes with companies such a Ford and GM. I also facilitated the development of new business and assisted in increasing profit margins through expanding the use of third party carriers on dedicated routes.
