This is a family development business run by my father, Graeme Robertson, that has been doing regional land rezoning, subdivision, commercial and tourist development for over 40 years. I came on board as the in-house Agent coordinating all the sales teams and managing contracts whilst learning the development business from the ground up. I ended up as the second in charge and starting a full-service real estate business to run in parallel with it.The spectrum of development has included rezoning many parcels of land, through every size of rural-residential subdivision to pure residential, mixed-use, commercial, as well as tourism and hospitality assets. After a long series of projects all over the state, the current focus is on a number of projects along the South Coast of WA. Its been a privilege to work with my father since 1997.

This was my boutique Real Estate firm that I launched after leaving Acton Dalkeith. After two very successful years carving out our niche in the competitive Western Suburbs real estate market we were invited to merge with William Porteous Properties International. An opportunity we happily accepted, recognizing the benefits to both operations.I now work with that great team, forging ahead in the Western Suburbs real estate market, bringing even more value to the table for my clients.

I was approached by Acton to be the Principal and Licensee at the Dalkeith office, which I did for just over a year before deciding to once again run my own business.

This was a full service Real Estate business that I built up with my brother Sven, on the South Coast in the gorgeous coastal town of Denmark. When the time came for me to move on it was my pleasure to have the opportunity to sell the business to members of my own team. I am proud of them and all they have achieved.

After studying Geology at UWA I elected to leave the hardcore science disciplines I had focused on since high school and looked to the humanities and a 90-degree change of direction in order to find my calling. This quest led me to live in Japan and study at an intensive language school, fully immersing myself in the Japanese culture for a year. It enabled me to continue my study of Karate, learn a new language and gain a depth of appreciation for their way of life that one can only get by living it. This was followed by a year back in Perth working in hospitality and running a number of small businesses before I started my Real Estate career. In 1994 David McKenzie at Olifents Real Estate in Claremont offered me my start in what has been the most rewarding of careers. David was a great teacher, an excellent manager, is a first-class agent and to this day has remained a good friend. I thank him for the opportunity he gave me and for being one of the strongest influences on choosing Real Estate as a lifelong career path.
