I lead a team of risk & compliance specialists serving the needs of a growing business across our Bristol, London, Leeds and Birmingham offices. As a member of the firm’s management board, I provide C-suite level advice to the firm’s senior management and partners on all aspects of legal service best practice, regulatory compliance and risk management. I oversee the firm’s ISO management system (9001, 27001 and 14001), our PI and office insurance programme, and our client onboarding, internal audit and claims/complaints-handling functions.Before joining Bevan Brittan I spent 17 years at Osborne Clarke, initially as a Commercial Litigator and, from 2005, as an in-house Risk lawyer.
