Developed an excellent technical understanding of SAP authorisations and practices; capable use of classic SAP transactions SU01, PFCG, SUIM suite, etc at the base level and building on. In-depth problem solving and analysis; identifying, prioritising and quickly resolving business critical requests. ECC6 was a particularly high workload, due to the large number of roles to be updated manually (+2000), Exposure to strict procedural /validation processes: Segregation of Duties and SARBOX rules. Continuing to apply and respect these S.O.D rules on a daily basis and during mass user-role migrations (during GRC user roll-out). Reviewing users’ access with intention to remove or mitigate conflicting roles, with advise of Internal Control or Auditor recommendations.
