My practice focuses primarily on federal intellectual property infringement and business tort litigation in addition to trademark and copyright prosecution. I have litigated as both lead and co-counsel in federal district courts around the country, including Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, and California. I have extensive experience with copyright and trademark prosecutions in the Copyright Office and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have led or taken part in numerous ex parte and inter parte proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Federal Circuit. Along with my litigation and prosecution experience, I am proficient in drafting work-for-hire agreements, IP assignments, limited licenses, and IP components of asset purchase agreements.
