Responsible for the oversight, management, and on-going development and integration of quality systems and processes for the over 20 manufacturing sites within Doncasters Divisions providing forging, castings, components, and assemblies for aerospace, IGT and other critical-use applications.

Responsible for all Quality functions relating to Receiving, In process, Final Inspection, FAA Repair Station - Responsible Manager, Document and Data Control, Metrology, Test Lab, NDT, Source Monitor Group, SPC/Quality Services, Quality Engineering and Special Processes. Direct and Manage 1 Quality Manager, 1 Quality Systems Manager (3) Quality Engineers and (24) Inspection, Technical and Clerical employees at two Manufacturing sites. Ensure Quality System compliance with AS9100C + ISO 9001:2000, QS9000, NADCAP and FAA regulations through monthly audits. Interface with all Major customers such as DCMA, Boeing Commercial and IDS, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, Northrop Grumman, and maintain excellent channels of communication and resolution of quality issues. Identifying on a continuing basis opportunities for defect reduction and provide resources to prevent reoccurrence, increase profitability, reduce cycle time and increase customer satisfaction.
