• Assist clients in filing of Judicial Bond to courts.
• Secures pertinent documents from judicial courts needed for application of company’s Supreme Court accreditation.
• Prepares cash request for procurement of necessary documents from government offices.
• Secures necessary documents needed in filing Judicial Bonds.
• Files records of transactions and keeps calendar of premiums due and expiration dates of policies.

• Reviews insurance policies to determine coverage for Motor, Personal Accident claim.
• Prepares insurance claim forms or related documents and review them for completeness.
• Conducts inspection and investigation to the reported Motor Car claim.
• Conducts risk inspection needed for the issuance of Fire policy
• Provides customer service, such as limited instructions on proceeding with claims or referrals to auto repair facilities.
• Post and attach information to claim file.
