I serve as a full-time Property Accountant at MarWest Commercial Real Estate Services LLC. In this role, I perform full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 50 commercial real estate properties, inclusive of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and quarterly production of financial statements. I provide catered client services for both the associations I manage as well as their tenants, and responsible for ensuring all discrepancies are handled professionally and timely. Primary software used is Jenark, Excel, and AvidExchange, and financial deliverables include balance sheets, profit and loss, general ledger, and budget variance reports.
