Senior Project Manager at BMB, Responsibilities: • Utilize and allocate resources to the activities of the project.• Focal point of contact for all planned communications and requests with the customers.• Reporting the status of the project to stake holders, according to communication plan.• Approve and manage all Change management procedures.• Monitor and control the deliverables and ensure the technical procedures are followed.• Satisfactory Closure and Completion of the project.• Gather and archive lessons learned and all project documents to a repository system.• Check all purchase orders and make sure that the order and statement of work reflects all stake holders expectations about the project.• Identifying requirements• Establishing clear and achievable objectives• Balancing the competing demands for Quality ,scope ,time and cost• Adapting the specification, plan ,and approach the different concerns and expectation of the various stakeholder
