I graduated from faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University in 2006 (Grade: Very good with honors). Then I joined UGP (Hospira Egypt) as a medical representative for around 4 years, during this period I learned how to follow up sales development of assigned product in the assigned region and suggest corrective actions to be taken whenever necessary. Also, to plan, organize, actively participate and follow up medical profession meeting and AV action. Run field visits individually to proper implement product strategy. Deliver accurate and on time market feedback regarding customers’ concerns, products performance and competitors activities. After that I got promoted to a district manager were I gained the experience of leading and coaching people..Also, how to meet or exceed sales average (sales growth/ market share gain) within agreed timescales through effective leadership of sales team .To achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through F2F and meetings, and manage delivery of customer centric activities with all primary and secondary care customers - within operating budget .To Manage operating expenses within agreed budgets through effective monitoring and reporting systems .Then I got promoted to a tender manager were I gained the experience of preparing and monitoring the tenders action all over the region with Excellent contact with all distributor companies and Excellent relationship with all medical supply and purchasing departments in all hospitals. After a long and great journey with Hospira , I have got a new offer from Penta pharma Egypt as a National Sales Manager for their newly team where I can implement my experience and continue my successful business
