• Responsible for operating and maintaining the following systems:• DC and AC powers systems (rectifiers, UPS).• HVAC.• Fire alarm and firefighting system.• ATB and diesel generator.• LV distribution system.• Do preventive and routine maintenance.• Follow up on the implementation of various maintenance requests carried out for all systems.• Supervise any new installations and report errors.• Ensure maintenance and technical report.

• Responsible for operating and maintaining the following systems:• Wide experience with familiar Huawei devices (NE40-NE5000-S5300-S9300- C12800-BSC6900- 3500- AR 46-40 - S9306-S9312- Eudemon 1000E FW- SNA2624), Ericsson (SSR-Summit48si - EVOC 8200), Cisco (3650- 3900- S2811- 2960- Catalyst 2961- Catalyst 3560-Nexus- Catalyst 6500-E – Cisco4400series), juniper (EX8208-MX960-MX104-SRX240- MX204), Extreme (Black diamond 8810-X690-48x-2q-4c - Summit X670-G2-48x) and many other models of network devices for different companies • Installing, Management & configuration of all Network Devices [Routers, APs & Switches], troubleshooting misconfiguration issues • Ensuring that mainframes and large computers are functioning efficiently in a data center organization. • Ensuring that network servers are running well • Performing precautionary system maintenance to ensure that the center’s systems and network are functioning well develop and put in place policies so that work processes are executed efficiently and as per schedule. • Mitigating risks of downtime • carrying out procedures needed to maintain data, transactions and reports from systems, supporting administrators and end users, maintaining work registers and documentation of processes, performing user administration tasks, performing backups and file restores and monitoring activity and access of the data center and its operations section to ensure that there is compliance of security policies • Installing and troubleshooting all physical connectivity types issues
