Account Manager
Current- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and our team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.- Get involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote the client’s products, services or ideas. It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.- Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.- Owns the contract and contract renewals for new projects for an existing client.- Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements and producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
