Peter began his advertising career at Ogilvy and Mather. He co-founded WCRS and as Chairman and CEO morphed this into Aegis on the acquisition of Carat. In 2004 Peter led the buy back of his old agency from Havas and then went on to form and then run The Engine Group which was sold to Private Equity in 2014.
