Automotive Electronics - On board charger- Designing a part of the OBC product (On Board Charger). Such as cooling channel, 12V connector, cover sealing mechanism, and assembling fixtures. - Collaborating with EE/QA teams to develop 14KW and 22KW from concept to mass production (POC/EVT/DVT/PVT/MP). - Collaborating with the QA/RA team to run environmental tests such as thermal/shock & vibration/drop tests, and solving all issues that arise during testing.- Defining BOM and working with the manufacturing team to develop an MP plan that includes die-casting, injection molding, and assembly SOPs- Taking charge of developing looks-ahead testing processes, which includes designing new testing processes, defining test plans, and establishing test standards with the customer and the team.
