As Operations Manager of Euro-Varna LTD and SSC Manager at 24/7 GmbH, my task is to oversee the service delivery and performance of the Shared Service Center teams for Central and Eastern Europe. With more than 15+ years of experience in the trucking industry and roadside assistance I am passionate about providing quality and timely services to our clients and partners.My competencies include, but not limited to, operations management, customer services and solutions, team coordination, business development, finance and project coordination, as well as claims and quality control. I am also responsible for the country management of market Bulgaria, where I lead and train the local team, and develop key accounts and network relationships, achieving the goals related to SLAs and KPIs.
