Euro-Varna EOOD is a family-run company with over 30 years of experience in the tourism and customer service industry. In 2008, the company expanded its offerings to include assistance and customer care through a partnership with Service 24 Solutions Austria. This partnership has allowed Euro-Varna to develop a successful B2B customer support business based in Varna. Joining as sub-contractor in 2022, the company took a major step forward with the conclusion of a joint-venture between Service 24 and ADAC, forming a new company called 24/7 GmbH. This venture combines the expertise, network, and sales capabilities of both companies, making them stronger together. As a result, Euro-Varna is well-positioned to continue providing top-notch customer support services for its clients.
