I am an attorney at Much, where I serve as Vice Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice group. I focus my practice on mergers and acquisitions and providing outside general counsel services for private and public companies, entrepreneurs, and private equity firms. I regularly represent private equity firms and highly acquisitive companies seeking to expand their businesses through acquisitions, as well as guide entrepreneurs, platform companies and family-owned companies through sales, recapitalizations and joint ventures. When not working in M&A, I enjoy providing strategic advice and general counsel on everyday matters.
