◾️ I was a hands-on managing member of the Board, developing a new business venture in private client online trading and broking in forex, CFDs, equities and futures.

◾️ I managed all commercial relationships with corporate clients of the pan European clearing house with oversight of services and projects worth over £600 million p.a.◾️ Improved capacity and time to market of change projects for exchange and market partners by overhauling the delivery programme.◾️ Restructured pricing to reward largest volume clearing firms, securing strategic relationships and favourably repositioning the franchise against new competition.

◾️ I coordinated the international business development function of one of the largest software and solutions firm in the global exchange industry and oversaw the commercial management of 26 exchanges in 17 countries with a turnover of approximately €200m p/a.◾️ Obtained and embedded major software and technology outsourcing programmes worth between €10m and £250m which included some of the largest exchanges in the world. ◾️ Established regional sales offices in Europe, America and Asia and mobilized regional workforces.◾️ Influenced board and C-level decision making to steer major bids and contract negotiations.
