Having joined Indec Consulting in 1990 as the Managing Director of Indec Consulting in NSW, Peters developed substantial businesses in New South Wales and Queensland. He has extensive experience in transport, contract performance management, engineering, risk and project management, Quality Assurance, IT systems, training and business planning. In addition, he has had considerable experience in job and work re-design, enterprise bargaining, and site/workplace agreements.Peter has lead over 400 reviews in Australia and overseas in the areas of performance and operational efficiency, asset management and international benchmarking for government and private clients. He has also been responsible for major transaction management, key aspects of the development of improvement strategies and frameworks in Rail, Roads, Water, Buses, Manufacturing and Maintenance and other public infrastructure areas.Peter was proud to join Egis Group in 2021 and is now providing executive advice and guidance to this rapidly expanding engineering and consultancy group.
