I have many responsibilities in developing businesses with new company clients and maintaining client relationships with existing clients and candidates.As a consultant it is my priority to know how clients functions, how their business and HR is structured as well as their management style and general operation. To successfully recruit I set up interview pipelines including manging job boards and tailoring vacancy posts on behalf of our clients, coaching both candidates and clients throughout the entire interview process and contract negotiation process as well as sourcing, interviewing and short-listing candidates via face-to-face or phone interviews and reference checks. Career development and career path counselling for candidates equally belongs to the responsibilities of a recruitment consultant and I equally help companies structure their own interview processes.
