After having completed my studies in university, I have been working for several restaurants both front and back of house for a number of years. I also established a restaurant as a proprietor for 7 years that I gained valuable experience to run a business. It was not easy to run a business solely and I have to admit that I was required assistance from my family and friends from time to time.In addition to being an accomplished chef with solid practical experience over a range of cuisines, I also obtained the added-value skills and expertise in marketing, customer relations, business planning, budgeting and staff training that gained through years of working in a variety of business in hospitality industry.
