I am an experienced trial and appellate attorney whose areas of practice include regulatory compliance, corporate internal investigations, white collar criminal defense, and complex civil litigation. I am the head of BSF's Government Investigations & White Collar Practice Group. Prior to joining Boies Schiller, I served for nearly eleven years at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan, where I was a senior prosecutor in the Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit and the Organized Crime Unit. I have extensive experience investigating international money laundering violations and the use of financial institutions to conceal monetary transfers and to fund criminal activities. I also served in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office, where I regularly advised the intelligence community on sensitive non-criminal matters affecting national security.
