I have 30+ years of experience building businesses in organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to public sector agencies. My expertise spans product management, business development, financial leadership, and strategic planning.I most recently served as interim CFO for Monterey One Water, spearheading financial strategies to support the pioneering wastewater treatment and recycling initiatives that deliver a sustainable water supply to the Monterey Peninsula. Prior to this position I served as CFO for ReGen Monterey, an innovative integrated waste management facility, leading financial operations and contributing to the organization's mission of converting waste into valuable resources. I am also the founder the Repair Café in Palo Alto, a volunteer-driven non-profit organization dedicated to reducing resource consumption and waste by helping people repair broken household goods.I hold degrees from Stanford University (BA) and UCLA (MBA) and have been a long-time California resident. But I am a Michigander by upbringing and temperament – creative, reliable and grounded – and mesh those characteristics with California’s own unique culture.
