Leading a team of cybersecurity professionals in support of core service delivery for FireEye as a Service (FireEye's Managed Detection and Response service) customers.- Lead a 15+ team of Analysts providing intrusion detection and response services for 250+ Managed Defense (FireEye's MDR) customers- Drive process improvements and technology enhancements to improve SOC performance and morale- Identify, develop, and implement solutions to issues within the SOC operation space- Collaborate with internal technology teams, product management, and customer support teams to optimize and transform service offerings
