Recruited from Centralised Load Control to join the British Airways Travel Programme as a Load Control expert in preparation for the introduction of Altea Flight Management. Working with a small team of experts and IT to identify system gaps, develop process changes and workarounds and work with the supplier to define our requirements to plug as many gaps as possible. I was also responsible for testing new functionality, validating aircraft data and supporting the training team.

Joined the department as one of the original group of Load Controllers at London Gatwick, responsible for production of manual and system load sheets, load plans and all other required weight and balance documentation for a wide range of British Airways aircraft, ensuring aircraft are planned correctly and within required operational limits to ensure a punctual departure.
