Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) is a major project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), administered by USAID. SCMS delivers essential lifesaving medicines and related commodities to HIV/AIDS programs around the world and are funded by the US Government as part of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).Managing the international procurement of laboratory instruments and supplies, test kits, vehicles and infrastructure support equipment for delivery to low and middle income countries in support of the USAID PEPFAR program. • Developed supplier base and standards for supplier selection• Implemented procurement processes and controls to meet ISO standards • Improved on-time delivery to consistently meet performance work statement requirements• Created reporting standards for performance monitoring for the company• Worked with CDC and WHO HIV diagnostic technical working groups• Presented regularly on laboratory products and HIV test kit market dynamics• Improved ERP systems to increase accuracy and reduce processing time
