I am committed to the wellbeing of children in mine and my teams care; respecting their rights, their needs, and their interests. This is achieved through the creation of a “home to home” style childcare facility. Central to my idea is the contentment of the child and also that of the parents; where a child should never experience feelings of anxiety and where the parent should never experience feelings of guilt. I currently have 30 pre-school children of which approximately 24 participate in the ECCE Scheme. I employee 2 staff; both hold a degree in Early Years Education. I am the Private Providers Representative on the Wexford Childcare Committee.
