Tedworth House

Responsible for all serving wounded, injured and sick service personnel undergoing recovery at Help for Heroes' flagship operation. Managed a joint military and civilian team to deliver recovery activities for 750 personnel over the past 2 years. Required to brief regularly on role up to ministerial, military 3 star, and civilian VIP level.

Tidworth

Developed policy, plans and implementation programme forthe delivery of the Personnel Recovery Centre at Tedworth House on behalf of Army Recovery Capability. Involved with the recruitment and selection of military staff and the induction training of military and Help for Heroes staff. Developed working practices that were rolled out as best practice across all the Recovery centres.

Wilton

Lead staff officer in the Army Headquarters responsible for peacetime command and control structures, in the UK and Germany, including development of super-garrison policy, recruiting and training, infrastructure, reserves, cadets; and adventurous training.

Upavon

Sole military officer in the Headquarters of the Chaplain General which is responsible for over 200 Army chaplains. Planned and delivered new policies, implemented a robust method of personnel selection, drafted a contraversial plan that delivered significant output improvement by increasing front-line posts by 20% in the face of complex and entrenched external stakeholder pressure.

Warminster

Deputy leader of a £600m innovative strategic partnering initiative to mansage 180 army ranges and training area sites from North Cornwall to the Orkneys. Developed policy and plans for a bid review process managing a team of 74 subject-matter experts across 5 lines of development. Developed policy for the transition to new innovative partnering arrangements while improving efficiency and raising standards. Appointed Commander for final 6 months in post to cement change processes.

HR manager for 7 regular infantry battalions and 5 TA infantry battalions with specific responsibility for senior warrant officers and late entry officers.
