Tailored aggressive collection efforts during several deployments that included:A seven month amphibious deployment - led to the vessel being awarded the 2004 and 2006 Intelligence Excellence Award. Deployed on second US Naval Vessel and established of an operational temporary SCIF. Managed four personnel and oversaw the disestablishment of the SCIF at the conclusion of the deployment. Oversaw material assets, reporting requirements, individual counseling, mentoring, and overall administrative operations. Awarded Navy Achievement Medal.Deployed on an Individual Augmentation for Iraqi Freedom as a supervisor of ten personnel assigned to Naval Special Warfare Task Group. Handled training, personal well being, and evaluation/recognition of personnel for their accomplishments during deployment. Lead all source intelligence analysis and functioned as OPSEC/PSYOP planner. Fused all source Intelligence products for production in counter terrorism intelligence reporting and the production of target packages for actionable operations that resulted in elimination of one insurgent leader and disruption of insurgents operating in a specific cell.
