Managed retail operations at the Los Angeles showroom and wholesale distribution of Salvi Harps in North America.

In charge of formatting and printing recital programs for CCPA Music Conservatory and wrote process flows for recital program construction. Frequently assisted Performance Activities Office.

In charge of harp sales, inventory, maintaining an up-to-date website, customer/teacher relations, domestic and international supply chain, trade shows, lever-harp regulation and training new employees.

I work with the other officers to provide student recitals, guest harpists, and create a network to serve harpists in the greater Philadelphia area. I also publish the biannual newsletter which is distributed to members of the chapter keeping them abreast of recent success and future activities.

Ran and moderated a web forum for an upcoming generation of harpists to make connections, keep in touch, and extend the Congress to those unable to attend.
