Working in partnership with innovative, technology driven companies and leading consultants I develop the brand standard specification, ensuring it is implemented across the development pipeline. I take a keen interest in innovation and sustainability.Previously Design Director at MODA, a specialist BTR developer and operator with a pipeline of over 20,000 residential units with a GDV of £6.5bn in 20+ cities across the UK. Part of Senior Management Team with a dual role across Development and Operations. Prior to this I worked at Select Property Group/Vita and SimpsonHaugh Architects with a focus on large scale residential, BTR, and hotel projects.
