Responsible for the managing a global team for the configuration, upgrade and administration of SAP’s Procurement demo platform (Ariba, SRM, MM and SAP Sourcing). Responsibilities, including the staffing of projects and the overall management of the rollout of new functionality to the demo systems and their users. This including the staffing of the team with internal and external resources. Worked with Solution Management and Regional Presales leads to prioritize work streams and ensure reliable environments. Worked with Operations and Engineering to provide stable environments for the sales field. Led project to create a new Ariba demo platform from internal environment to production environment. Responsible for the content and development of demo scripts and scenarios, customized demos and set up master data used for pre-sale demos in the areas of Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement and Sourcing. Led Global Demo Team (India, France and Germany) in the administration, configuration and operation of Ariba, S4, SRM, and MM demo systems.

Responsible for the leading a global team for the configuration, upgrade and administration of SAP’s SRM, MM and SAP Sourcing demo systems. These systems support the global sales force in to demonstrating SAP’ Procurement products to prospects and customers. Responsible for the content and development of demo scripts and scenarios, customized demos and set up master data used for pre-sale demos in the areas of Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement and Sourcing. Led Global Demo Team (German and India) in the administration, configuration and operation of SRM and MM demo systems.

Responsible for the configuration, upgrade and administration of SAP America’s SRM demo systems (Releases BBP 2.0a to SRM 7.0). Developed demo scripts and scenarios, customized demos and set up master data used for pre-sale demos in the areas of Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Sourcing (including Contract, Bidding and Auctioning), SUS and Catalog Content (Requisite, CCM and SRM-MDM). Also, worked with Pre-Sales community in customizing the system for industry sectors, including the additions of multiple backends to EBP demo system. Administrative duties included upgrading to newer versions of SRM product, installing of patches/notes and maintaining the demo systems. Interacted with Global Demo Team (German and India) in the administration, configuration and operation of SRM demo systems in all areas of the SRM environment.Also, responsible for the administration of MM issues in US demo systems. (Releases 4.6c to ECC 5.0)

Certified application consultant responsible for assisting client in the implementation and configuration of the SAP Materials Management module. Emphasis in R/3's Purchasing functionality and SAP’s B2B Internet Procurement module (Releases B2B 1.0b to BBP 2.0a). Perform gap analysis of business needs and software capability; recommend business solutions for client; training coordination and development for internal training programs; create test scenarios; build test scripts; create documentation for development; support client in go live production; knowledge transfer, and issue resolution.

Responsible for the sourcing and procurement of Contracted Manufacturing Services and the various Packaging components which were used to produce the contracted finished goods.During this time I also was part of the SAP R/3 implementation team which was responsible for the Procure to Pay functionality.Helene Curtis was bought by Unilever in 1997

Responsible for the planning of the packing components in the both in house and contracted manufacturing facilities. Duties also involve the monitoring of inventory level and turns.During this time, I was also a supervisor of a group of planners. I was responsible for the hiring and reviewing of the group.
