• Report directly to the Head of Supply Chain.• To assist in the origination of distribution budgets to ensure that shipments are conducted with due regard to agreed budgets.• To coordinate the receipt of materials in a timely manner.• To organise the despatch of finished goods into the distribution network in a timely and cost effective manner.• Co-ordinate the work of the Warehouse team and respond to enquiries as required.• To ensure that documentation relating to despatch is completed effectively to facilitate free and secure passage of goods.• Monitor and report on distribution performance by use of KPI’s.To co-ordinate and delegate Warehouse Office activities within the team to ensure that departmental objectives and demands are achieved. • To meet personal and departmental standards with regard to behaviours, performance and productivity in accordance with site safety . cGMP, GDP standards.• Support department & site wide continuous improvement activities
