I spent ten years in Boston, USA working in TV production. Among other shows, in 1995 I produced a rough and ready 'computer/video games/comic book art/arcade games'​ review TV series called 'X-TV'​. I started writing for English language magazines and websites such as 'Groove Magazine'​ and 'Oh My News'​ before becoming a features contributor for Korea's largest English language, national daily newspaper 'The Korea Times'. I wrote features on subjects that were of interest to me such as technology and also social trends. In 2011 I returned to the UK.
