Mr. Strack is passionate about helping health care systems improve operational performance. By integrating operations research with Big 4 management consulting expertise, Mr. Strack seeks to understand and illustrate the complex interrelationships between people, processes, technology, and infrastructure within healthcare enterprises, and uses holistic approaches to identify improvement potential within existing business architectures. His primary focus is designing, developing and recommending practical and innovative strategies that help clients implement feasible solutions. Mr. Strack has successfully designed, developed, implemented, and monitored dozens of system improvement solutions over the past decade with federal clients (primarily Veterans Health Administration), leading initiatives on business process management/continuous process improvement, healthcare revenue cycle management, operational risk management and internal controls, and quality assurance programs. Most recently, Mr. Strack has provided strategic and tactical project management support within the Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) national implementation initiative, charged with managing cross-functional teams to develop and implement an internal controls infrastructure, enterprise risk management framework, and oversee business process design and standardization.Mr. Strack is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders, and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), and the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
