Our group conducts training for Lean Management Systems and assists implementation of Lean Operating methods, using a practical, low-cost approach to management (Team Management Operating System). I periodically conduct the 4-Day TRY-Z WORKSHOP with Tim Palmer, applying these lean principles and tools which are then transferred back to the workplace, often in the form of Kaizen projects.
