The role included:organizing organization-wide cross-service Quality Summits; leading patient safety groups and supporting service leadership groups;writing and developing quality and clinical safety policies including safeguarding, infection control and incident reporting;coordinating CQC visits and ensuring we are meeting our regulatory requirements;monitoring and updating our CQC license.

Working for the Croydon Referral Support Service (CReSS), helping patients move through the healthcare system from GP to intermediate services and secondary care.
