I have completed the following contract assignments below . Presently contracting to the national health regulator AHPRA. 1. Ahpra (August 21 on going ). Reviewing and developing the strategy , negotiation and implementation of Ahpra upcoming enterprise agreement in the health sector2. Suez Water/SA Water Adelaide (May 21 to June 21) .Reviewed and refined employee relations strategy and approach prior to potential enterprise agreement negotiations in second half of 2021.3. Boral Aust (Jan 19 to Dec 19) . HR Manager for the Timber and Roofing Masonry business multiple sites across 5 states approx 750 employees . Dealt with all HR matters matters including EA negotiations and strategy , talent and succession planning , remuneration reviews and restructuring .Reported to GM HR NSW /ACT.4. Sydney Trains (Jan 17 to Nov 17) & ( June 18 to Dec 18). In my contract role co lead and co ordinated the negotiation strategy and discussions with the infrastructure unions to increase the capacity for night work . Supported BAU Train Crew workplace relations . Coached and mentored newer members of the Workplace Relations team5. UGL Rail Heavy Maintenance Facility Auburn (July 16 to Oct 16). Worked with the CEO and his leadership team on alignment of the business plan from shop floor to leadership team . Coached CEO and members of the leadership and identified significant customer opportunities for the leadership to further develop.
