I provide information to hospitals,community services, government agencies, mental health centers, and various groups on the subject of addiction. I, through AdCare, provide for quality treatment for those individuals with a substance abuse diagnosis. AdCare offers both inpatient and outpatient care at its hospital in Worcester as well as in the numerous outpatient clinics throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Received an Outstanding Achievement Award from the MA/RI Chapter of Employee Assistance Programs for service to the professional organization beginning back in 1983.

Spent 16 years providing an array of services to a large warehouse and sales force staff located just outside Boston. These services consisted of training, assessment, referral and short term counseling to a population of teamsters, office staff and a marketing and sales force.

Provided full service EAP to the largest hospital in Massachusetts. I was one of the first hires to the newly formed EAP and helped to establish the program as a well integrated and highly valued service to a diverse workforce in this major city hospital. Assessment and referral, short term counseling, training, and committee work were daily responsibilities. Also, I helped bring the EAP concept to Spaulding and Mass Eye and Ear Hospitals which were folded into the MA General EAP.

EAP Counselor providing services to a workforce of 33,000 scattered throughout the globe. The Home office was in Lowell, MA. Wang was the fastest growing technology company in the 1980's. We provided assessment, referral and training. When the business began to falter in the mid 80's I worked as part of the transition team assisting employees locate new positions within the company or help them in moving into outside companies or new endeavors.
