Responsible for the operations of the Clariant-Wilmar Joint Venture (Global Amines) site in China, implement GAC Corporate strategy to the site, drive the excellence of site production, quality, cost, supply chain, organization, ESHA and compliance. 1) Site operations management:- Responsible for the site compliance with corporate policy and local regulations on labor, environment, ESHA. - Build partnership with commercial counterparts, streamline site operations strategies with business needs through multiple approach like S&OP, new initiatives review, etc.- Governance site performance by multiple KPIs, conduct gap analysis while necessary.- Monitor site P&L, asset, and EVP, optimize finance results by necessary measures. - Keep and maintain smooth public relationship with local authorities. 2) Continuous improvement:- Implement continuous improvement program (CPS) and move on CI culture. - Initiate and monitor improvement measures of site. 3) Project management:- Conduct economic evaluation for new project & product ideas.- Prepare site CAPEX and investment plan, manage CAPEX approval and spending.

Responsible for the Operational Excellence (OpEx) for BU Industrial and Consumer Specialties (ICS) China: 1) Leadership of CI project identification and implementation: - Establish multiple ideation approaches, including ideation workshops, suggestion system, and performance gap analysis. - Build project pipelines and tactical implementation plan for project ideas.- Governance the project implementation, organize regular project reviews and push forward the organization to achieve the OpEx goal. - Track and monthly report the OpEx realization progress to leadership.2) Development of the OpEx team. Provide training to the site Green Belt & Yellow Belts on Lean Six Sigma knowledge and tools. Coach trainees to complete GB/YB projects. 3) CI culture promotion: develop site visions and strategy deployment roadmap with tools like "Hoshin Kanri"; Enhance the suggestion system and encourage ideation from shopfloor; Representative in global BB Community, share success story and apply best practices.4) Project management: manage technical transfer project for APAC, create workflow and hold monthly review; Explore new opportunities for business growth, including CAPEX / JV / acquisitions; responsible for the Operations Digitalization Program APAC region.

Responsible for the technology management for the APAC region. 1) Manage new product development projects, coordinate technical resource to support new initiatives in APAC region.2) Conduct feasibility assessment and CP1 simulation on new investment opportunities.3) Support new investment projects implementation in APAC region, track and report projects' overall status.
