Support and maintain OMAC’s web application that runs daily business operations, handling hundreds of doctors performing over 10,000 independent medical exams (IMEs) yearly in more than five states. Responsible for developing the application databases including both MySQL and flat files.Achievements:● Oversaw growth of the application to support five times the initial business volume● Developed IT policies and completed URAC accreditation, one of the first IME companies to do so● Created data analysis tools to filter and extract pertinent information from databases based on user queries● Created data warehouse tying together exam, provider, and financial data to provide better business intelligence● Designed and implemented electronic medical records tools and workflow to move company to entirely electronic records● Member of the Quality Management Committee, responsible for identifying, reporting on, designing and evaluating improvements to company-wide performance metrics● Collaborated with internal departments to develop tools to support new business practices and workflows● Designed and implemented client-facing and physician-facing web portals to allow users secure access to manage their communications and data with OMAC
